  • When the rice starts boiling, turn down the heat to its lowest possible to allow it to be cooked by its own steam.
  • Leave the rice in the covered pot for about 10 to 15 minutes. The steaming rice will absorb any water left; this will make your rice grains not to be too sticky.
  • Fluff your jasmine rice with a fork or chopstick and your great-tasting jasmine rice is ready to be served!
